Overview

Oleg Miroff has more than 13 years of significant experience acquired working for international companies such as Insead, Schlumberger and the Metromedia International Group.

Oleg has accumulated valuable skills as a system administrator, software engineer for client-server applications, solution developer and IT project leader.

As a Dalet project manager, Oleg managed a variety of system deployments, from medium-size, integrated production and broadcast platforms for the Greenland Broadcasting Company (KNR), Czech Z1 TV, Ukrainian Citi TV and French Orange Sport/Orange Cinema to a very large-scale radio and TV newsroom for the Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR) and Russian 1st Channel (ex-ORT).

Oleg holds a Masters degree with honors in theoretical physics from the Russian Slavonic University.

  • SLBReader - World spread component, allowing reading the smart cards with all Schlumberger and PC/SC card readers.
  • Platform - smart card personalization and printing application. This application is a milestone in production.
  • Operas - Online PERsonalization Application Server. Server/Client project.
  • UPSI - security project - planned to be deployed at all our factories.
  • WinSPI - tool, intended for writing and debugging SPI scripts before use them in a manufacturing process.
  • Access Manager - tool, designed for managing of Access Cards of Production Sites.
  • Interpreter.dll - library provides a complete emulation of the SPI for STAR reader on PC platform. The SPI is an executable file running on the tester reader aiming at personalizing cards using scripts, images and keywords/production parameters.
  • EVITA - Environment for validation of images and tests automation.
  • BRP - allows to manipulate strings and big numbers (bin, hexa or dec up to 60000 digits). It can also encrypt and decrypt images or images files.

  • CFaxClient - This application is based on Client - Server Architecture. The server provides receiving and sending of the faxes through modem and saves or reads images of these faxes. Client is designed for preparing faxes to send with server. Client composes the view of a fax with User data and his fax message, decodes, prints and saves faxes in different graphic formats. The address book for the Client is realized on the base of Access Base.
  • Digital Sign - Cryptographic Application, Signing and crypting the documents based on SmartCard key pair. Commercial application with COM Interface.
  • SmartCard Init - This application is designed and developed for initialization, deinitialization Smart Card file systems. The program supports different Smart Cards and Card Readers.

Projects:
  • Client Monitoring - The application is designed for monitoring of debtors payments and client's increase. It is, in fact, the client in Client - Server Architecture application. The Server is based on DBF tables, and the client uses the table to get the list of company customers according to the request. Client also can send E-Mails and Faxes to the debtors, print receipts of debtors
  • ALA-TV Messenger - A message exchange program for the Workgroup, using the Company local network. Non - Server application, allows ALA - TV Workgroup to exchange of messages between workstations and creates common chat to discuss the problems. The message exchanging are encrypted with MS CryptoAPI to protect the information from the possible hacking.
